Dr. Sitara is a Consultant Pain Physician at Alleviate Pain Clinic, Bengaluru. She completed her MBBS from Sri B M Patil Medical College, BLDE, Bijapur and MD in Anaesthesiology from Vydehi Institute of Medical Sciences, Bengaluru, followed by Fellowship in Indian Academy of Pain Medicine (FIAPM) from JSS Hospital, Mysuru.
She has experience managing chronic musculoskeletal, joint, neuropathic, spine related pain and cancer-related pain through a multimodal approach integrating medications, rehabilitation, and advanced interventional procedures. Her expertise includes fluoroscopy- and ultrasound-guided interventions, nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablation, and regenerative therapies. Her approach focuses on relieving pain, restoring function, and improving quality of life while minimizing the need for surgery.
