Dr Roshan Adappa

Dr Roshan Adappa is a consultant pain physician at Alleviate.
Post-MD in Anaesthesia, he did a fellowship program at Jaslok Hospital in Mumbai which was a partnership between the International Association for the Study of Pain(IASP) and the Indian Society for the Study of Pain (ISSP). To further enhance his experience he moved to the United Kingdom where he completed his Masters in Pain Management (MMed) from Edge Hill University and Wrightington, Wigan, and Leigh NHS Trust. He also won the prestigious Dr Andrew Foster medal from EdgeHill University.
This medal is given to the best performing MMed/MCh candidate across all medical and surgical programmes. Furthermore, he has obtained the European Diploma in Pain Medicine (EDPM) from the European Pain Federation in Belgium. He has a rich experience in managing pain especially associated with cervical, shoulder, Hips, Knees, Low Back Pain and other Chronic Pain conditions using non-surgical and minimally invasive techniques. He specializes in creating specific pain management program’s for individuals with chronic pain to help them manage their pain, regain their mobility and improve their quality of life.
